The Hollow Hovel FAQs
1. Do you make custom wax melts?
I cannot make custom order wax melts at this time. Please choose from the variety of wax melts I have and I will always add more unique fragrances in the future.
2. Do you sell crystals?
I have The Hollow Hovel Crystal Packs with various crystals. There are also Tumbled crystals available: Green Aventurine, Red Jasper, Dalmatian Stones, Sodalite.
3. Do you accept returns?
No, I do not accept returns. All sales are final! Please check and read all of my store's term and conditions as well as refund policies.
4. What wax is used in the wax melts?
I use Bliss Wax! Most of my wax melts are made by hand and are hand poured. I also have a few wax melts that are a mix of Bliss Wax and Soy Wax.
5. Why aren't the labels in color?
I use thermal printing, which prints out labels in grayscale. This helps prevent throwing more print cartridges in the trash, which helps the environment.
6. Do you ship packages to other countries?
At this time, I only sell and ship my products in the United States.
