My terms and conditions agreement you agree to follow:

Withdraw, cancelation, and financial transactions:

If you need to cancel an order, please notify me within 24 hours. If you cancel your order, I will refund your money or void the transaction. If you are receiving a refund, it should take 5-7 business days. If you have not received your refund within that 5-7 day time frame, please contact your credit card company. 

I do not accept withdraws. Once you place an order with me and the payment went through, I will  package your order and ship it out as soon as possible. 

If your card is declined, I will not ship your order. I will not hold on to items for you. 

I do not ship internationally. I only sell and ship my products here in the United States.

Customer Expectations:

I will always do my best to keep my shop up to date and notify my customers if my website goes down. 

Crystals and other products here at The Hollow Hovel are not meant to treat or cure any kinds of sicknesses, illness, or health conditions (mental & physical). If you are in need of medical help or psychological help, please consult your doctor, therapist, and or a licensed professional. 

Here at The Hollow Hovel, I cannot guarantee any effective outcome when it comes to spiritual and magickal rituals. It is your intentions and your work alone that will impact the outcome. It is up to you to manifest your desires. 

The Hollow Hovel has not been certified by the FDA. Products are used at your own risk. Also, if you are pregnant or nursing, I do not recommend the use of essential oils. If irritation occurs, seek medical attention. Essential oils are also not reccomended for children and pets. Oils are handmade with extreme care and caution. Not for internal use. External use only. I always recommend that you preform a patch test. These oils are sold as curios. 

Copyright Rules:

My wax melts, jewelry, candles, oils, spiritual worksheets and all other products cannot be distributed and resold. Any and all illegal reproduction as well as reselling of my products will result in immediate legal action. I also do not allow my products and photographs of my products to be used for commercial and non-commercial use. 

User Rules & Disable User Accounts:

Here at The Hollow Hovel, I do not ever accept any harassment, doxing, spam messages, unlawful behaviors, bullying, or hate speech. My  business is about spreading happiness, joy, and light to others. If you are doing any of the behaviors mentioned to other customers or me, you will be no longer permitted to shop at The Hollow Hovel and your account will be disabled.

Responsibility Agreement:

You are solely responsible for anything that occurs after you purchase my products. I have warning labels on my wax melts and candles as well as in the product descriptions. It is your responsibility to read them carefully and adhere to them. By making a purchase, you also agree that I  will not be held responsible for improper or negligent uses and burning of products, which includes both candles and wax melts. In regards to my oils, you are solely responsible for your own health. I am also not responsible for any stolen packages and if it says the package was delivered to the resident, I cannot give you new items.
